Account Managers play a vital role in our business, working closely with key clients, to understand and meet their recruitment requirements.
A varied role
The Account Manager position is a very varied role with the potential to interact with senior managers within our client organisations. Roles may be based onsite with the client, in a Reed Office or there may be flexibility around location. As an Account Manager, you’ll:
- Provide a best in class recruitment service to Reed Specialist Recruitment's clients
- Build strong and lasting business relationships with key clients, stakeholders across our network of offices and support service providers
- Recognise and maximise on opportunities for Reed Specialist Recruitment to enhance the service provided to clients
- Work closely with clients to fully understand their recruitment requirements
- Create, negotiate and agree service level agreements with clients
- Find innovative and creative solutions to clients' recruitment challenges
- Maintain awareness of the recruitment marketplace and adapt the service offered to clients to reflect the changing markets
- Produce regular Management Information as agreed to demonstrate the quality of service provided
