- Foster and develop strong relationships with your clients and strive to exceed their expectations
- Ensure you’re up to date with developments in your specialist sector and with your competitors’ activities, making you an expert in your local market
- Use your initiative and creativity to spot gaps in the market and turn them into a profitable business
It is a challenging and demanding role, requiring business acumen, leadership, drive and a strong sales instinct. However, it is also an extremely rewarding role, both personally and financially.
