The recruitment process


Our application process is designed to ensure that everyone has a fair, consistent experience – and to assess that you have the right skills and attributes to be successful.

  • Search – using the search facility, you can review the current opportunities
  • Apply – if you find a suitable role, you can apply online using our simple system
  • Leave your details – if there are not any vacancies currently available that suit you, you can still leave your details with us and our internal recruitment team will review them as new opportunities arise
For all roles within our business, you can be assured that your application will be considered carefully against the criteria for the job – and that the selection process will be fair and transparent. This also gives you the opportunity to find out about our business, and whether it’s right for you.

For example if you’re applying for a Consultant position, the process will be as follows:
  • First you’ll be required to leave your key personal details
  • Then you’ll respond to a series of competency based questions
  • Your application will be assessed and you’ll then complete a telephone interview, lasting about 20 minutes
  • If this goes well, you’ll be invited to an assessment event where we’ll assess you against the key requirement of the role
  • If successful at this stage you’ll be offered an interview with a Business Manager and, if you meet our aspirations, offered a role
